Most sessions will be held in the Armstrong Browning Library on the Baylor University campus. The library is located at the corner of 8th and Speight streets. There are a few visitor parking spaces next to and behind the library itself. If you are staying nearby it is best to walk:
* If you are staying at the Best Western Old Main Lodge (I-35 and 4th St.), Dutton Ave. runs behind the hotel. Walk down Dutton Ave to 5th street. (You’ll pass several dorms and there is a gas station on the corner.) Turn left onto 5th street, which becomes pedestrian-only. Walk three blocks; you will pass the bookstore, the Student Union, some tennis courts, and a gymn. The Hankamer School of Business is on the corner of 5th and Speight. Turn right onto Speight street. Go one long block. You will pass the Baptist Student Union, the Tidwell classroom building and Waco Hall. The Library is on the corner of 8th and Speight. Allow 15 minutes for the walk.
* If you are driving from the Old Main Lodge (or if you miss 5th street), take Dutton Ave. to 8th street. (Dutton curves into 8th St.) Go three blocks on 8th St. to Speight St. You will come to a 4-way stop at the intersection of 8th and Speight. The Library is on the corner of 8th and Speight.
* If you are staying at La Quinta, go out the front door, turn right onto 8th Street. You will pass the coffeehouse Common Grounds, a parking deck, the Harrington House Faculty Center and will come to a 4-way stop. That intersection is 8th and Speight; the Library is on the corner.
Registration and breakfast will be on the ground floor in the Cox Reception Hall. The first session will take place in the Treasure Room on the first floor.
